We walked up the main street, then made a left by the river, and straight threw up the path.
It smells like camping here :0) pine trees and camp fire. I wonder if the locals ever get tiered of that smell.
Today we saw two deer, One waited for traffic so she could cross the street in front of us. The other was eating off a tree right next to us on the walk path.
i believe they run this town. i believe i was more scared of them then they were of us
Here i was just jogging (slowly) along our little path listening to Jason Aldean sing about whats past is past, when my heart fell to my stomach and i thought for sure we were dead. But oh no, that deer just looked at me like nothings new,and continued with his breakfast.
i quickly turned around and jogged back to the street where there was more people then animals.
it is beautiful here...
it is a whole other world :0)
i have learned you,
don't have to wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle,
it is a good idea to have a push bar on the front of your truck (which is most likely a dodge),
All of the "Pedestrians Crossing" signs have been replaced with "Game Crossing" (which at first i did not understand what that meant? what kind of Game?)
and for the most part its not "cool" to be from California.
My Near Deer Experience...
This Memorial in the middle of the park, its for the fallen soldiers of sublette county.
it makes my heart well up, i am so very grateful.
This is the Path,Yes Reid is picking Flowers :0)
This is the River, its so Calming... Reid likes to throw rocks in to it
A view down main street, Pine St.
A DAY IN OUR ROOM...and more animals
Reid's Ark :0)
Reid loves to set up his animals
i love to watch his imagination play out
he talks to his animals, his animals talk to each other
he cares for them, feeds them, and gives them naps :0)
It hurts his heart when i put them away in his toy basket. He likes them to be lined out in symmetrical order.
in his world they are all friends :0) the dinosaurs and farm animals, we just got him some "woodland creatures" the other day, a rabbit, squirrel, and badger.
sometimes his motocross men will ride the dinosaurs.
sometimes he pats them to sleep singing bye bye yo yo baby, bye bye yo yo baby :0)
(since i can remember, my grandma has rocked us babies to sleep singing byeyo baby byeyo...) i like to listen to Reid version :0)
i wish i could capture these moments, the second i take out my camera Reid quickly messes up whatever cute thing he is doing then looks at me like "oh I'm sorry mom did you want to take my picture?" :0)
....
i miss home, i miss my mom :0) but then i think about not being with Branden and my heart hurts.

I love My Boys with all my heart, i love then so much it hurts
